LeVos Dentistry Reopening, Monday May 11th!

We hope this finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to you and your health in providing the highest quality dentistry.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. In addition to our existing protocols, we have added extra measures to ensure you, my team, and our community remain healthy and safe.

  • Please stay in your car when you arrive for your appointment and call at 303-674-5725 to notify us you are here. A team member will meet you and go over some screening questions and take your temperature.
  • If you have had a fever in the last 14 days, suspect you have been exposed to Covid-19, or awaiting test results your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
  • Please wear your own face mask to your appointment. You will be asked to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands upon entering and leaving the office.
  • You will be given a pre-procedural mouth rinse to reduce bacteria and viruses.
  • Team members temperature will be taken and recorded twice a day.
  • Frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized more often. You will notice books and magazines have been removed since they are difficult to clean.
  • We are limiting the number of people in the office so only one family member or caregiver may accompany you to your appointment. Anyone accompanying you will also be screened and must be wearing a mask.

We will be contacting you if you had an appointment that was cancelled during this time. You may also call us to reschedule. Thank you for your patience as we go through this process.  I look forward to seeing you again.  Thank you for being our patient.  I value your trust and loyalty.  I regret I won’t be able to shake your hand or give a hug in the foreseeable future.

APRIL 9, 2020
Dear Patients and Friends,

These are challenging and unprecedented times for all of us. For me this is the longest I have gone without practicing since completing a general practice residency seventeen years ago. I miss seeing you and our conversations. I am concerned about your health and the problems that may develop during this time. I wish I had a definitive answer as to when we will be able to reopen for regular care. We are following Governor Polis’ directives as well as the recommendations from the American Dental Association and CDC. At this point the earliest we may reopen seems to be sometime in May. This, of course, may change. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Until then please feel free to contact me if you are having any dental problems or think you may have an emergency. My mobile number is 303-362-3535.

I look forward to returning to normal and seeing you all again. Take care and stay healthy.

MARCH 20, 2020
Dear Valued Patients,

Our office closed voluntarily for elective procedures on March 16th to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Recently, Governor Polis issued an executive order stopping all elective and non-essential surgeries and procedures through April 14. Thus our office will not be able to open for elective care until April 15th. If you have an appointment during this time please contact us after this date to reschedule.
Please know that I am here for you for any questions or if you are experiencing a dental emergency. Dr. LeVos can be reached at 303-362-3535. Thank you for your support during these challenging times.

Warm Regards,

Dr. Ken LeVos

MARCH 16, 2020
Dear Valued Patients,

Last week our office sent an email explaining the extra precautions being taken to address COVID-19 and to prevent its spread.  Today (March 16), I made the difficult but necessary decision to close the office at least until March 30th.   We will be assessing on a daily basis when it is appropriate to resume elective care.  I believe this is the right decision for the health of our community and my team in order to be part of the solution in slowing the spread of this virus.  Even though we are closed, I want you to know I am here for you should any problems arise.  Patients of record can reach me at 303-362-3535 with any questions or if you are experiencing a dental emergency.  I am also happy to help those who need assistance picking up groceries or prescriptions during this time.

Thank you again for your understanding, patience, and support.  We will get through this together.  In the meantime, give thanks and enjoy the sunshine and fresh mountain air.

Warm Regards,

Dr. Ken LeVos
